Patent Illustration & Design (PI&D) has 20 years of experience in patent and trademark illustration, working in conjunction for patent attorneys in the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Washington State, and Idaho. The main thrust of our work is in the patent drafting business, however PI&D also includes 20 years experience in the design and fabrication methods of mechanical devices, electromechanical devices, plastic injection molding, and machining. We offer this additional experience to our prospective clients to assist in the manufacturing and development of their inventions. We are not, however, involved in the marketing aspect in any way.
PI&D is a small select group of highly experienced draftsmen, and design engineers who are manifestly computer literate, and who will produce high quality patent drawings, production drawings, 3-D color drawings.
PI&D closely supervises and functions with prototype model shops and machine shops who will produce your prototype models on schedule..
