FIXED PRICE QUOTATIONS:
We will prepare a fixed price quote on all jobs. Send us the information of
your invention, and we will assess the scope of work, and provide you with a
fixed price quote to do the work. The disclosure of the invention may be sent
to us in the form of a hand sketch, a CAD file, blue prints, photographs or a
hand made model.
Contact us at any time by Email, Phone, or FAX to discuss the matter. Disclosure of your invention will be held confidential by PI&D.
CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:
A Confidential Disclosure Agreement will be signed between Patent Illustration
& Design (PI&D) and you before any work begins. This Agreement,
provided by either the Client or PI&D, is to assure you that details of
your invention will be safeguarded by our staff.
Confidentiality is further assured by avoiding any disclosure or description of the invention through the Internet. All discussions and disclosures regarding the invention generated by the Client and PI&D must be done by direct telephone, direct FAX, and/or the U.S. mail service.
WORK AGREEMENT:
A work agreement will be written by PI&D describing the work necessary to
complete the task, and to fully describe the invention for the patent
application, with a detailed cost break down for the work necessary to complete
the job. The quote will be a fixed price, and will be agreed upon and signed
before any work is undertaken. This Agreement will assure that both Client and
PI&D are fully aware of the scope of the work expected, and the full cost
for PI&D to complete the job.
Our primary intent and purpose is to maintain confidentially with our clients, and to make sure of their satisfaction both during and after the work is completed.
